Best themeparks in California

There are a lot of them. 30 to be exact. I tried 3 of the most famous one. Disneyland on 4th of July, Universal Studios and Six Flags Magic Mountain. So what is there to see?

The three parks are all a lot different. They only have one thing in common: everything is big. I mean, the parks are just BIG, the rides are big and queues are long. The restaurants are many and the souvenir shops are everywhere. This is not the place to be if you are afraid of crows and big areas.

Universal Studios

This park has everything you sees in movies. Literally. Who can see the water tank where "Life of Pi" is filmed, you drive by a three cabin who is build to be burned in movies. Best of all, you see dinosaurs and almost gets drowned in water (or it feels like it). You see the miniature houses in Wisteria Lane from "Desperate Housewives" and drive trough the area where "The Grinch" where filmed.

Six Flags Magic Mountains

If you are a thrill seeking person, this is the place to be. This is the park who blows you away. Try "Goliath" and you will regret to got in the queue in the first place, but will be really glad you dared to do afterwards.

The Superman ride makes you feel like Superman there you sit in the swings.

There are no more fun then you make yourself, you I really recommend buying superhero capes with two of your best friends as a great memory. Worked really good for us!

Disneyland

How do you imagine Disneyland on 4th of July? Some fireworks? A few people? You´re probably right. There were a lot of people and A LOT of fireworks.

You defently need to try Mickey´s Fun Wheel and California Screamin´ while you´re here. Those are the most iconic rides at the park.

We also did see some animals from the movies walking around in the park.

Summa sumarum, you need to visit the parks to make up your own mind. I prefer all of them for different accations and they all bring my childhood back somehow. Six Flags are a more adventureseeking park, while Disneyland and Universal Studios is about recreation memories from your childhood and favorite movies.
